The Oriental restaurant introduces “The Oriental Market”

Dar es Salaam:
The ever popular Oriental Restaurant at Hyatt Regency Dar Es Salaam introduces a new fun and energetic way to enjoy some Oriental favorites on every Saturday starts from 12:30pm to 3:00pm.The hotel’s General Manager, Mr Karl Marshall explained, “The Oriental restaurant has been loved by so many of Dar Es Salaams residents for many years, and the introduction of The Oriental Market on Saturday evenings will showcase another side of Asian cuisine in a much more relaxed environment than the weekday Oriental experience”.

The Oriental Market brings the popular Sunday Brunch concept to a new venue at a new times lot.The Oriental market will offer an extensive, colorful buffet of Asian street food favorites and drinks can be purchased at the Street Side bar. The stalls, music, live cooking stations, informal table settings and bar all combine nicely to create a relaxed, informal social experience ideal for families or groups of friends. Table bookings will not be necessary and diners are free to select dishes in any combination they wish.
Stephan Matz, Executive Chef from the Hyatt’s team explained. “We wanted to create an affordable Asian food market style event and so it was important that both the food and beverages represent good value for money.  For example a bottle of Asahi is 12 000 TZS, cocktails are all 15 000 TZS and the food is 50 000 TZS buffet price per person."
